Order Procedure:
1. Minimum order is 26 items. additional orders can be done in 26 increments

1. E-mail us your order list. 50% deposit required at time of order.
2. Allow 1 week for us to make purchase. Once items are purchased/in hand, you'll make balance payment.
3. We will ship out the parcel directly to you (terms changes according to kastam procedures), usually takes 14 ~ 18 days to reach. Tracking number will be provided upon ship out. We are not responsible any delays caused by couriers. We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS)  priority mail service.
4. Parcels are Insured. If items are damaged in shipment, buyer are responsible to place the claim with Pos laju when receiving. When receiving items, always open the parcel and check the contains in front of post officer. We will only reimburse refunds on damaged items, if claims submitted to Pos Laju.

Rules and Regulations:

1. Back out buyers will be blacklisted.

2. No duty is imposed on beauty and cosmetics product, so your parcel will reach you directly. there might be case where your parcel is required to be picked at kastam, due to "kawalan pharmaceutikal". We are not responsible for any reseller products that  requires dealing with kastam Malaysia. However, we will do our best to help you to get through kastam smoothly.

Payment:

1.We accept payment via bank deposit. At the moment we are not accepting Paypal, due to low currency conversion offered by Paypal.
2.Price stated inclusive shipping for delivery to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.
